Downtown homes were leading increasing values in real estate in BC. So when a Kamloops developer wanted to demand a premium price for their urban condos, they turned to Communication Solutions to communicate the "value" of lifestyle.
To appeal to potential urbanites, this real estate development needed to differentiate from all others (and demand a premium price), by proposing a new "quality" of urban lifestyle. More than 75% of Mosaic homes were pre-sold at not before seen prices for condos outside the lower mainland of BC, with one roof-top patio unit setting a price-paid record for a condo in Kamloops. The Mosaic Sales Brochure recieved top honours from the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals.
