As Director, Client Service, Jennifer is the chief bridge builder between us and our clients. Jennifer guides and monitors the activities of our account service teams to ensure our client's are well integrated into our company, their goals are well understood and that everyone involved benefits from clarity of expectations, continuous client-agency communication and efficient use of resources.

Jennifer consistently applies one of the most powerful communication practices -- asking the right questions and actively listening to the answers -- an approach that has served her well as a journalist and a communication and media planner.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts, Communication Major from Wilfrid Laurier University and earned a post-graduate Journalism Diploma from the Humber College School of Journalism. Over the past 17 years Jennifer has integrated her formal training and inquisitive approach to a myriad of communication projects in both the public and private sector. As an integral player on the Marketing and Communications team at Thompson Rivers University, Jennifer served as the University's media buyer and publications coordinator. Since joining Communication Solutions in early 2007, Jennifer has crafted multiple marketing communications solutions, bringing together multiple government and non-profit agencies, to promote Canada's new Air Quality Health Index. And as could be expected, Jennifer still spends a good part of her day practicing her first love -- writing -- in a way that provides thoughtful answers to important questions.
