Production and Resource Manager

 

 As Production and Resource Manager, Lisa serves as the "control tower" for company operations , managing workflow and resources across all client projects. Lisa works closely with our client service and client strategy teams to assign and track all projects t o ensure quality, timeliness and budget expectations.

Many people profess to keeping all balls in the air, managing deadlines and navigating competition priorities but Lisa has a proven track record of doing just that. She specializes in keeping everything, and everyone, highly organized. Lisa is both analytical and meticulous and thrives on quality and accuracy -- characteristics key to marketing and communication processes and products.

Lisa brings to our team more than a decade of project management within the marketing and communication industry across Canada. Her early career included planning and estimating for large agencies, including the Lowe-Martin Group in Ottawa and Metropolitan Fine Printers in Vancouver. Most recently, Lisa served as a marketing and communications project manager with BC Open Learning at Thompson Rivers University.

Lisa's formal education is in Business Administration and Graphic Design with a Marketing Major from York University, complimented by studies in sales and marketing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and in Project Management at Mount Royal University and Thompson Rivers University.

Lisa's agency, design and print background, coupled with training in Project Management, makes her both suited and skilled in her responsibilities for scheduling, supplier coordination and negotiation, media planning, production and purchasing. And having managed $ million+ budgets, Lisa also understands the unique requirements, of our client's purchasing and finance departments!
