Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing is one of the premier luxury heli-ski operations in the world, accessing more than 1,000,000 acres of terrain with an average 10m of fresh powder each year. Coping with an international decline in the luxury tourism market, MWHS asked Communication Solutions to develop a strategic marketing plan to help them get seen by new clients - and new markets.
We identified six key recommendations to help MWHS maintain and build its existing client base and support its market position as an industry leader.
