Training Program - Crisis Communication

 

Our Crisis Communication Workshop draws on two decades of study, specialized training and experience in issues and crisis management. 

Based on the principle that most crises can be anticipated, this training program coaches organizational leaders to see a crisis in the making and map out ways in which their organization can be best prepared to preserve the relationships critical to their success.  

Drawing on current research as well as lessons learned, managing the crisis communication programs in response to medical error, white collar crime, demonstrations, wildfires, and even the emergency evacuation of an off-shore oil platform, our trainers help organizations avoid a crisis, minimize the impact if one happens, and seize the opportunity to turn a crisis into an opportunity.
